On the Anniversary of the Rwandan Genocide

20 years after the Rwandan genocide, the world still has not made “never again” a reality. On this anniversary of the start of the Rwandan genocide there has been some powerful statements and reflections. We would like to direct you to three in particular:

Dallaire writes, “… at its heart, the Rwandan story is the story of the failure of humanity to heed a call for help from an endangered people.”
